Description

In a high tower, an Alchemist prepares potions, using vials filledwith otherworldly fluids. In a sacred grove, a Druid grinds herbs for a mysticalritual. In the catacombs, a Necromancer summons a bone dragon… Welcome to theworld of Res Arcana!

In it, Life, Death, Elan, Calm, and Gold are the essences that fuel the artof magic. Choose your mage, gather essences, craft unique artifacts, and usethem to summon dragons, conquer places of power, and achieve victory! Designedby Tom Lehmann and richly illustrated by Julien Delval, Res Arcana offers aunique gaming experience!

2–4 alchemical mages vie for control of ancient monuments and Places ofPower. As a mage, use your magical essences and items to build artifacts,activate their powers, and command dragons. The mage with the most points wins!Each mage begins with 1 of each essence, 3 artifacts in hand, and 1 magicitem. During a round, you’ll collect essences and then do 1 action each turn,until everyone passes. The goal is to have the most points, 10 or more whenvictory is checked.
